2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioner in Crime No.22 of 2018.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application with Crime Number. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
