This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/plaintiff to direct the Subordiante Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.377 of 2015, within the time to be framed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the respondents/defendants in an motive to drag the said suit with an intention to hold the possession of the property and enjoy the same by the plaintiff by dragging of the legal proceedings and already the suit was decreed as ex-parte for three months. 3.Since the suit in O.S.No.377 of 2015 is of the year 2015, the learned Subordiante Judge, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.377 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
