ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to forbear the respondents from installing the High Tension Wire Poles and Windmills in Survey Nos.65/3A, 113, 114, 260 and 269 at Akkanayakkanpatti Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, , Thoothukudi District and Survey Nos.71/1, 71/2, 72/2, 72/3 at Kodiankulam Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 3 to 7 would submit that the high tension wire has already been installed and in operation. Therefore, the relief sought for to forbear the respondents became infructuous. However, if any violations committed by the authorities as per the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to file a complaint before the competent authority under the statute rules in force.
