ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned sale deed. He had given a petition dated 06.04.2022 in this regard. He wants the same to be considered.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation had already been considered and the order dated 10.05.2022 was passed relegating the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil court. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.
