Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle. It was involved in a case arising under Tamilnadu Prohibition Act.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that vide order dated 01.09.2020, the petition mentioned vehicle had been confiscated. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily challenge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

4.The Writ Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
