O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in respect of Crime No.366 of 2023.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.366 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 109 of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to file the final report and the same was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the Page No. 2 of 4
