ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioner and his family members based on the petitioner's notice dated 03.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, after the demise of his father, namely, Manickam, all legal heirs are having equal right over the property, but one Ganapthi, brother of the petitioner, tried to evict the petitioner from the said property through police. In this regard, the second respondent is frequently calling the petitioner for enquiry. Hence, he sent representation to the respondents, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the second respondent denied the harassment as alleged by the petitioner and the complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.04.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
