Assistant (graduate Teachers) Engiligh with consequential benefits .

2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the directions issued in W.P.(MD) No.16637 of 2012, dated 21.01.2013, the respondent has been appointed as B.T. Assistant in English.

3. Placing on record the above submission, there is no need to adjudicate the appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
