Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records pertaining the impugned selection list dated 05.12.2012 relating to the petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to select the petitioner for the post of Graduate Assistant (B.T. Assistant) in the discipline of B.A. English vacancy arising out of the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test - Supplementary 2012 held 14.10.2012 and direct the second respondent to appoint her in the above Post.

2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the directions issued in W.P.(MD)Nos.16072; 16073 and 16096 of 2012, dated 21.01.2013, the respondents have been appointed as B.T. Assistant in English.
3. Placing on record the above submission, there is no need to adjudicate the appeals. Accordingly, the writ appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
