O R D E R
The petitioner is a Senior Citizen. She had filed an application against the fifth respondent/grandson, with respect to lands in S.No.243/8 measuring 0.32.00 hectares and S.No.248/11 measuring 0.32.50 out of 0.82.50 hectares.
2.It is further stated that the fifth respondent had obtained patta in his name. Questioning that particular fact, the petitioner herein had filed an application before the third respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and the same was ordered in her favour. Thereafter, the fifth respondent had filed an appeal, which is pending before the second respondent/District Revenue Officer, Thoothukudi. 2/5
3.The learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents stated that every endeavour would be taken by the second respondent to dispose of the appeal.
4.A direction is issued to the second respondent to issue notice not only to the petitioner but also to the fifth respondent namely, Ajithkumar, S/o.Solairaj, thereafter, take every endeavour to dispose of the aforementioned appeal, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of appearance of all the parties.
5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
