[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition reads as follows: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, order or direction in the nature of writ, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned E-Auction Sale conducted by the 1st respondent on 18.04.2023 and consequential sale confirmation order issued to the 3rd respondent on 19.04.2023 by the 1st respondent and

quash the same."

2. Since the sale had been confirmed, we do not think that we can entertain this writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
