JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.VENUGOPAL.,J.] The Learned Counsel for the Respondent brings it to the notice of this Court that the Respondent is not interested in pursing the claim as well as the Writ Proceedings and, therefore, he has filed an affidavit by undertaking to withdraw the claim made by him in the Writ Petition.

2. The affidavit filed by the Respondent dated 07.06.2016 is recorded by this Court. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD) No.9216 of 2007 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Writ Appeal is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
