RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Stay of operation in pursuant to the order passed by the learned family court, Sivagangai in MC.No.07 of 2019 dated 20.02.2020 pending disposal of the revision petition. PRAYER IN CRL RC(MD) No.526 of 2020:

To call for the records in pursuant to the order passed by the learned Family court, Sivagangai in M.C.No.07 of 2019 dated 20.02.2020 and revise the same and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MADHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, While admititng the CRL.RC., the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to issue an order of interim stay all further proceedings in M.C.No.07 of 2019, dated 20.02.2020, on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, pending disposal of this Criminal Revision.

2. Both sides present.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is ready to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance as well as monthly maintenance and prayed for a stay order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection.

5. In view of the submissions made by both the counsels, interim stay is granted, on the following condition :- (i) the petitioner is directed to deposit 50% of the arrears of maintenance amount before the Family Court, Sivagangai, within a period of four weeks from the date of the order and to deposit 50% of the monthly maintenance amount every month i.e. on or before 7th day of every English Calender month before the Family Court, Sivagangai.

6. If the above condition is not complied, the stay order granted shall stand automatically vacated without any further reference to this Court.
