O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to initiate appropriate criminal action based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint on 20.03.2025 in respect of the sale deed obtained from her on coercion, but no action was taken. Therefore, she has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 20.03.2025 alleging that on coercion, the sale deed was obtained from her and thereafter, they have issued summon to the Sub Registrar and to opposite parties. They are conducting enquiry and still the enquiry is pending. However, they will complete the enquiry within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the respondents have also admitted the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint Page No. 2 of 4

of the petitioner dated 20.03.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
