Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamsu, calling for the records and to quash the communal tentative provisional list prepared by the 1st respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated nil for appointment to the recruitment of graduate Asst. Teacher through Tamil Nadu Teacher Recruitment Board, Teacher eligibility test (supplementary) 2012, as illegal in so far as it relates to candidates selected in violation of G.O. (ID) No. 333 dated 27.11.2012 and consequently direction may be issued to compile the G.O(ID) NO. 333 Higher Education (H2) Department dated 27.11.2012 and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation made on 04.12.2012 for appointment as graduate Assistant in S.C.Women Quota taking into account of the petitioner B.A(Communicative English). JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

vide order in Na.Ka.No.92233/rp3/,1/2013, dated 14.11.2013, the respondent has been appointed as Post Graduate Assistant. Added further, he submitted that in other identical matters, orders of appointment has been issued to the eligible candidates.

2. Copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.92233/rp3/,1/2013, dated 14.11.2013, issued by the Joint Director (Higher secondary), School Education Department, Chennai, produced before this Court, is treated as part of record.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ appeal for further adjudication. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
