PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire record pertaining to the Impugned Sale Certificate dated 20.02.2023 executed by the 1st respondent in favour of the 3rd respondent and Quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to receive the entire amount along with the simple interest and to execute sale deed in favour of this petitioner in respect of the properties under the auction held on 31.12.2022.
