Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the communication issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Nil dated Nil and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner for appoingment to the post of P.G.Assistant (English) taking into account of the petitioners B.A (Communicative English) as equivalent to B.A. (English) in the light of G.O.(1D)No.333, Higher Education (H2) Department dated 27.11.2012.

2.Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the directions issued in W.P.(MD) No.16383 of 2012, dated 21.01.2013, the respondent has been appointed as Post Graduate Assistant.

3. Placing on record the above submission, there is no need to adjudicate the appeal. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
