Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to treat the petitioner s U.G degree in communicative English as equivalent to the B.A., English Literature degree and appoint the petitioner to the post of T.G.T English teacher in Madurai District based on the certificate verification conducted on 06.11.2012 and thus render justice.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that vide order in Na.Ka.No.97577/rp3/,1/2013, dated 12.11.2013, the respondent has been appointed as Post Graduate Assistant. Added further, he submitted that in other identical matters, orders of appointment has been issued to the eligible candidates.

4.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ appeal for further adjudication. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
