Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned result of certificate verification published in the official website of the 1st respondent http://trb.tn.nic.in dated 05.12.2012 in so far as the petitioner is concerned, quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) By consent of both the parties, the writ appeal itself is taken up for final hearing.

2.On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that vide order in Rc.No.029/LC/TET/2013, dated 21.11.2013, the first respondent has been appointed as Graduate Assistant in English. Added further, he submitted that in other identical matters, orders of appointment has been issued to the eligible candidates.

3.Copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.029/LC/TET/2013, dated 21.11.2013, issued by the Member Secretary, Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai, produced before this Court, is treated as part of record.

4.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this writ appeal for further adjudication. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
