This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to provide Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members based on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this 2/5

petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

4.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
