ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2023 not to shift IMFL Retail Vending Shop No.7840 located at Kadai Theru, Orathanadu, Thanjavur to any other place.

2. Considering the fact that the second respondent has granted FL-II licence in respect of the shop of the petitioner till 28.11.2023, it is made clear that running of the shop shall not be disturbed till then. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
