This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No. 2035 of 2020 dated 12.08.2020 of Nagamalaipudukottai Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would contend that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in E-filing C.C.No.232 of 2024 on 08.01.2024.
