The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 27.09.2021 in Na.Ka.A2/3866/2021.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not seeking any individual relief in the present writ petition. 3. This Court is convinced with the explanation given by the petitioner that the relief sought is for the disposal of the appeal. Further, the respondents have taken the petitioner's representation on file in Na.Ka. No. A2/3866/2021. Accordingly, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition is maintainable before a learned Single Judge.

4. As far as the main prayer is concerned, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's appeal 2/4

dated 27.09.2021, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
