Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to permit the petitioner to remove the 11 Jack (Pala) tree wooden logs stored in petitioner's property situated in S.No.585/1, Pannaikadu Village, Kodiakanal Taluk, Dindigul, as per the Tamil Nadu Hill Areas (Preservation of Trees) Act, 1955, within the time period stipulated by this Court.
