Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Vide order dated 14.02.2022 in W.P.(MD)No.2917 of 2022 filed by the petitioners herein, certain directions were issued. The grievance of the petitioner is that no spot inspection was carried out. On a careful perusal of the order of this Court, I conclude that only final order was directed to be passed. The final order has been passed rejecting the petitioner's request. A copy of the communication sent by the Tahsildar, Theni, to the Sub Collector, Periyakulam, Theni District, has been produced before me. A copy of the said communication is served on the petitioner's counsel. The petitioners are at liberty to question the same in the manner known to law.
