[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Pleader for the respondent No.3

2. The petitioner alleges encroachment on the pathway. No

document has been placed on record.

3. In case, the petitioner contends that there is an encroachment on the pathway, then the petitioner may approach the authority as per G.O.Ms.No.540 dated 04.12.2014.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
