Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Court.
