ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of the sentence imposed in the judgment made in Special S.C.No.119 of 2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur, dated 21.05.2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2537 of 2026 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 05.02.2026.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
