O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners without following the due process of law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken and the same was closed on the basis of the request made by the defacto complainant that since already a complaint in this regard is pending before the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Madurai, the present complaint may also be transferred to them. Now it is pending before the Inspector of Police, City Crime Branch, Madurai. 4.Since the complaint itself has been closed by the respondent police, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. Let the closure report be served upon the petitioner.
