O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members at the instigation of the 3rd respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2025.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is the wife of the petitioner and she lodged a false complaint against the petitioner and his mother before the second respondent for the family dispute. Taking advantage of the same, though the petitioner already attended enquiry, the respondent police frequently 2/5

called the petitioner for enquiry and therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 10.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent as against the petitioner and his mother, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, they have not called the petitioner's mother for enquiry. They have not harassed them as alleged in this petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent as against the petitioner and his mother, they have called them for enquiry and thereafter, they have not called the petitioner's 3/5
