W.P.(MD)No.1675 of 2019 No.4815 at Pudukadai Panchayat Door No.5/90-C1, Puthukadai - Nithirvilai State Highways Road, Pudukadai Junction at Pudukadai Village Resurvey No.378/16, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District. 2.A perusal of the counter affidavit of respondent Nos.1 and 3 as well as the report of the Tahsildar, Killiyur, dated 05.03.2019, would show that the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition is unfounded.

3.In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
