Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that as early as on 28.10.1983, the above referred temple has been taken over by the Government and order in ep.K. 17334/83 has been furnished before this Court.
2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
