This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct appropriate enquiry and to take proper action as against the 3rd respondent based on petitioner's complaint dated 16.05.2023

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against the third respondent and the same is closed on 20.08.2023. Further, he submitted that the copy of the closure report has already been furnished to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report.
