O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 herein to survey measure and fix the boundary stones in respect of the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.49/38 situated at New Ward No.1 Old Ward No.13, Agrahara Street, Tiruppuvanam, Sivagangai District with necessary police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2020.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Advocate represented that survey was conducted last week and hence, no further orders are required to pass in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
