This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 25.08.2020 and 03.09.2020.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent police herein considered the representations given by the petitioner and registered a case in Crime No.2035 of 2020, on the file of the 3rd respondent, for the offence under Sections 464 and 380 of IPC. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate is placed on record.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition had already been sorted out and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
