ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner in Plot No.88, Survey Nos.50/3A1, 50/3A2 and 50/6, situated at Paravai, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2020, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.A.Vadivel, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Ramesh, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, he has made a representation to the respondent on 18.06.2020 to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property in Plot No.88, Survey Nos.50/3A1, 50/3A2 and 50/6, situated at Paravai, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. But, the representation is still pending. Hence, the present writ petition.

W.P(MD).No.12362 of 2020 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2020 will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court, after serving notice to the rival parties, if any.
5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition and considering the materials available on record and the facts of this case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction.
(i)The respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2020 and pass orders and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the concerned parties. (ii)The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
