Ref: Hon'ble High Court's Order dated 24.1.2019 made in CMP(MD) No.7981 of 2018 in CRP(MD)No.1763 of 2016 ------ As per the order of this Hon'ble Court under reference cited, this Court hath directed the Registry to call for a report from the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, as to why the application represented by the petitioners is not yet numbered till date and as to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition on or before 30.01.2019,after furnishing relevent copies of the documents. Therefore, You, namely the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, are required to submit the report, as aforesaid, to this Registry on or before 30.01.2019.
