O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent 3, not to permit the Yadava Community peoples and other community peoples to stay in night hours in the temple and not to sacrifice goat or other animals to deity.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that there is no practice of killing animals under the guise of sacrifice to deity. Further, he submitted that some other community peoples are initiating to give animal sacrifice to deity in the Sri Arulmigu Uthiramada Ayyananr Temple situated at Thottilodanpatti, Kanjampatti Village, Sattur Taluk, Virudhunagar District, and they have also produced pamphlets to that effect. 3.The petitioner has already submitted a representation to the second 2/4

respondent. The second respondent is directed to the consider the same and pass order within a period of one day from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
