ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the second accused in S.C.No.629 of 2025, on the file of the District and Sessions Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai, seeking a direction to recall NBW warrant issued on 1/4

07.01.2026, in the above said case by the District and Sessions Court for Communal Clash Cases, Madurai.

2. Due to the non-appearance, NBW was issued as against the petitioner on 07.01.2026. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned Court for recalling NBW.

3. I have considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the District and Sessions Court for Communal Clauses, Madurai, on 24.04.2026 and on his surrender, the application of the petitioner to recall NBW shall be considered by the trial Court on merits.

5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
