To set aside the Decree and judgment dated 31.08.2017 passed in A.S.No.48 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul by reversing the judgment and decree dated 29.03.2016 passed in O.S.No.245 of 2012 on the file of Sub Court, Vedasandur, Dindigul District.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.MATHESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.GOKUL RAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court is fully convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. However, the delay is inordinate and the respondent would be put to much inconvenience and hardship. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on terms.
