COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is the accused in both Crime Nos.1453 of 2020 and 96 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act. 2.Today(10.06.2024), when these Criminal Original Petitions are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that in order to avoid this Court, the petitioner has requested for withdrawal of these petitions under the hope that if it is withdrawn, it would be listed before some other Court.

4.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these petitions, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
