Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to release the Lorry bearing Registration No.TN-76-K-6507 which was seized by the 4th Respondent without any valid authority on 26.12.2015 at 10.00 a.m. from Pavoorchathiram and stationed in Pavoorchathiram Police Station in Tirunelveli District.
