ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.7 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.It is a case of theft. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having a previous case. 5.This Court had already dismissed the anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12590 of 2018, dated 24.07.2018. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
