Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner while making her petition mentioned application had typed it wrongly. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to file a fresh application to the second respondent. The same will be decided and disposed of by the second respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this liberty and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
