ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to disburse the earned leave surrender payment Rs.46,545/- by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 13.07.2021 within time may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.S.Ayyanar Prem Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that after his retirement, the respondents have not settled the surrender leave salary and therefore, he claims the disbursement of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits within a period to be stipulated by this Court.
6. Considering the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, without deciding the issue on merits in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
