ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8431 of 2017, dated 21.08.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner can join duty at any time.

3. In response, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to join duty on 08.08.2022 at 10.00 a.m in the presence of the Block Educational Officer, Kadaladi, to avoid any contrary claims with regard to the joining of duty.

4. It is also submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's Service Register is available with her.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the petitioner is directed to join duty on 08.08.2022 at 10.00 a.m. along with the Service Register, if it is available with her. The Block Educational Officer, Kadaladi is directed to be present at the time of the petitioner joining the duty on 08.08.2022 at 10.00 a.m.

6. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. 02.08.2022 Internet :Yes Index :Yes / No ps Note:- (i) Issue Order Copy on 03.08.2022.
