This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.II imposed on 17.04.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.1344 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
