Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No.1 to 3 to evict the encroachment made by the Respondents No.4 to 9 in the Oorani situated at Trichy District, Manapparai Taluk, F.Keezhaiyur Village in S.F.No.57 by considering the Petitioners representation dated 20.02.2016 within the time frame as fixed by this Honble Court. Government Pleader for the petitioner, and none appeared on behalf of the Respondents ,this court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to enlongate the period of eviction given is the Order passed in WP(MD)NO. 2491/ 2017 .
It is averred in the petition that as per Order passed in WP(MD)No. 2491/ 2017 , proper notices have been issued to alleged encroachers. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting extension of time.
Considering the factual aspects mentioned in the petition, this petition can be allowed.
In fine, this petition is allowed. Another two months time is granted to complete eviction proceedings.
