This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first and second respondents and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the third respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and if any necessary parties and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
