This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to conclude the enquiry in connection with C.S.R.No.210 of 2025 dated 13.04.2025 within stipulated time by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, they conducted enquiry in C.S.R.No.210 of 2025 and the same was closed. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner becomes infructuous.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the second respondent, recording the abovesaid submissions, is inclined to close this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
